V-DAC (Village Development and Activities Club) is an outreach club operating under the Publication & Outreach Council (POC) at IISER Berhampur. We focus on the social upliftment of communities around our campus through regular interactive drives in sanitation, emergency health training, science outreach, and digital literacy.
We have successfully conducted 3 comprehensive Menstrual Hygiene Drives across local high schools and community hubs. These events combine stigma-breaking educational workshops with the establishment of permanent, student-funded Pad-Banks.
Yes! All BS-MS, iPhD, and PhD scholars at IISER Berhampur are welcome to join. You can contribute in street theater, experiment demonstrations, logistics, photography, or field coordination.
